Each service below is a coordinated system inside the wider discipline of the build. Together they take a heavy frame from the paper plan to a braced, weather-tight and cleanly handed-over structure.

Structural Erection Planning

Structural erection planning decides the order in which a frame goes together before a single member leaves the lay-down. We map the erection sequence to the footing, the anchor bolt layout and the temporary bracing plan so that steel and timber rise in a stable rhythm rather than a series of improvisations. For every bay we set a sequence number, a target crew and a window, and we cross those against the delivery schedule so the column that lands first is the column the drawings want first.

The plan also forecasts the awkward moments, such as the point where a frame is most exposed before permanent bracing arrives. By pre-planning temporary guying and by choosing a sequence that never leaves a tall member standing for long without support, we shrink the risky middle of an erection. The result is a predictable daily pace, a stable structure all the way up and a sequence every foreman on site can read from the same page.

Crane Lift Coordination Systems

Every lift our team coordinates is plotted before the hook moves. We chart the crane position, the working radius, the rigging geometry and the landing zone for each pick, and we compare the actual pick weight against the load chart so the numbers on paper match the load in the slings. A lift coordination system assigns one signaler to own the sight line and the radio, keeps the landing zone clear and sets a pad-eye plan for turns that need a tag line.

Because a busy frame sometimes needs two cranes, we also manage tandem and tailing arrangements where two hooks share one long member. Each crane gets its share of the load on paper, each operator sees the same hand signals and the member is eased onto its seat instead of fought into place. That choreography is the difference between a lift that looks effortless and one that nearly ends in a twist nobody planned.

Steel and Timber Procurement Portals

A portal keeps the supply line visible when the material you need is milled, cut or treated somewhere off site. We set a single window where the fabricator, the timber yard and the site team all track the same members against the same schedule. Certification papers, mill dates, surface treatments and heat numbers sit beside their shipping position, so a delay announces itself while a correction is still cheap rather than hiding until the steel is already forty days out.

The portal also matches delivered material to the erection sequence, so the crew finds the bay marked on the bundle when the truck backs into the lay-down. Chasing a missing beam at eight in the morning burns a whole day; a portal that told you on Tuesday that the beam was still at the shop turns that surprise into a re-sequenced plan. Supply is half the battle on any frame, and we make that half visible.

Site Logistics Modeling

A crowded site fits a crane boom, a lay-down, a haul road and staging pads into the same footprint every day, and nothing there should cross another thing blind. We model the site flow before work starts so that equipment, material trailers and crew vehicles run on planned corridors with planned turning radii and planned staging. The crane gets a pad it will not sink on, the longest member gets a road it can actually swing round, and the lay-down is sized to feed the next erection bay without double handing.

Logistics modeling also plans the space over time, because a site that works for a ten tonne pick in week one may be impossible once the frame is standing in week six. We phase the space plan so the haul route, the crane path and the lay-down move from the outside in as the building rises. Site logistics is the quiet layer under every good erection, and a modelled site makes the noisy part of the day run smooth.

Crew Certification Tracking

A safe high site runs on current credentials, and tracking those credentials is a discipline we take off the crew lead shoulders and put into a ledger that never forgets. We hold every rigger, operator, signaler and welder certification in one register with its expiry date, its issuing body and the task it authorizes, and we tie that register to the schedule so a lapse cannot hide until the morning someone needs the card.

The register also answers the site inspector before the inspector has to ask. When an audit asks who is authorized to run a particular crane or sign a particular weld, the answer is one page instead of a shout across the site. Expiring cards trigger a renewal reminder while there is still time to book a class, so a lapse in paperwork never turns into a stop on the iron. Certifications may belong to the worker, but keeping them current is part of how we keep the frame moving.

Storm Weathering and Closeout Programs

When the frame is up and the cladding is on, the build is not finished until the building has proved it can stand the weather and until the paperwork hands the owner a clean key. Our storm weathering program watches the newly enclosed envelope through a serious weather window, checking that the cladding sheds water where it should, that the seals hold and that the deck and glazing stand a real wind rather than only the one the drawing assumed.

Closeout is the mirror image of that same discipline. We assemble the as-built drawings, the material certifications, the maintenance notes and the warranty register into one complete record the owner can carry into occupancy and service. A clean closeout closes the loop a careful plan opened, and it leaves the crew something they can point at with pride when they drive past the standing building on a later road.
